Robin Event Rental has a passion for turning your dream into reality. Whether a backyard party, a corporate retreat, or your dream wedding, we are here to assist you from the planning stage, including layout, to ideas and providing all the equipment needed for your special event.

Most event companies typically have the same story. We are here to provide you with high quality equipment and excellent customer service. Robin Event Rental feels the same way but, we also want to build a relationship. Just as we share our story here, we want you to share your story with us. From the minute you walk into our showroom, we take the time to get to know you as our clients and what you want, what is important and what will make your event special.

History

In 2005, Robin Event Rental started out with a few tables and chairs in the founder’s home. Moving into a showroom in Loveland, CO expanded the business across Northern Colorado.

In 2015 a new location became necessary to display and store the growing inventory.

As of 2016 Robin Event Rental changed hands to a new ownership. With a brand new look, including a newly remodeled showroom with an interactive design studio to give you hands on opportunity at designing your special event. RER is able to handle both intimate and large events while keeping the “you are family” feeling.

The CEO and owner, Chad Ayres has been installing and working with event rentals since the age of 15. 15 years later and Chad and his team are putting their experience and passion into Robin Event Rental and your event.
